Spotlight: Grapefruit Aged White Balsamic
Get ready for a citrus burst with this sparkling crisp, tart and mildly sweet Grapefruit Infused Aged White Balsamic. It tastes wonderful in a variety of culinary applications, but the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil paired with the Grapefruit Balsamic is one of our best selling pairings and our customers use it for salad dressing, or a chicken and vegetable glaze. It also pairs nicely with a pure EVOO for a lighter salad dressing and actually enhances the green flavors within those peppery EVOOs. This is a balsamic that is wonderful in sparkling or soda water and yummy in Greek yogurt. Citrus tends to pair well with savory and fruit and so we also like it with Herb de Provence, Cilantro and Roasted Onion, and Garlic Olive Oil, Lime Olive Oil and Blood Orange Olive Oil.
