It might seem like what we do is easy. We live in a beautiful place. We guide yoga practices in a lovely studio, outdoors and on-site. We do so with joy and a welcoming attitude. The sequences address your needs, the explanations are clear, the practices help you feel well.

Honing the skills required to do so took years. Learning to evaluate a space, hold energy and say the right words to create an experience that allows everyone to access the practice takes time, practice and much effort. We freely share the practice with you (asteya), in exchange for energy which comes in many forms. We know that yoga can be practiced and taught by anyone, anywhere (aparigraha). We’re honest (satya) about our approach and skills.

We practice yoga everyday, everywhere, because it’s more than asana: it’s a lifestyle.
