Storms don’t stop our crews or our commitment to keeping water flowing. 💪❄️After a fallen tree damaged a power pole and cut electricity to one of our wells, TCPUD utilities crews mobilized by snowmobile, hauling in repair supplies and getting to work during and after the storm. Thanks to their skill, determination, and teamwork, the damage was repaired quickly and water service continued without disruption to our customers. Way to go team!

We begin with asana. The Hatha yoga practices encourage kriya first; you must clear the physical layer of impurities before addressing the other aspects. Asana is applied to cleanse the external body. There are traditional asana that have been depicted and described in ancient art, architecture and texts. There are modern postures that have been applied to assist Weterners in accessing the practice.

We begin with asking you to demonstrate this limb because it is easily seen. Thus, it has also become the visual representation for yoga even though it is the most external.
