TONIGHT we are opening up the Crown Room to our friends at High Sierra Music Festival They are holding a contest to bring the next great band to the High Sierra stages. Ginger Molasses, Phat Mark, Bahena and LAZWELL will compete for a spot on the line-up! The evening is hosted by Boot Juice. We're gonna have maximum FUN!

When was the last time you went upside-down? A popular request during our sessions on paddle boards is to capture a photo of the lake as seen from downward dog. We remind our practitioners that it will just be a photo thar's upside-down for it's the shift in perspective that makes the view unique for you.

As you practice becoming an inverted tree (adhomukhavrksasna) observe how your perspective shifts. What do you notice that you hadn't before? What shifts physically, energetically, mentally and emotionally?
