This weekend my client's best friend arrived to help him move. He brought his guitar, his beautiful voice, and his love of music. We sang together for little while yesterday and this morning we had coffee to celebrate the changes. I love seeing friendships that have lasted since childhood. Thank you to the wonderful Trevor and Amy Smith who brought the buyer and to the buyer who gave the seller extra time to leave his home of forty years. You are a joy to work with and we are all truly blessed. (Not sure why it only tags Amy, Facebook is not a perfect science.) Sold for $250,000 over asking with less that a week from on the market to closing!
