We make these amazing chocolate-covered strawberries only once a year on February 14th, and dipping starts at 5 am sharp!
Why so early you ask? For ultimate freshness and quality! We will NEVER use compound (fake) chocolate. Because of this, the water inside the strawberries reacts with the real chocolate and will start to peel or fall off the strawberry approximately 24 hrs after being dipped! Fun fact: chocolates worst enemy = water.
