When Norwegian skier and filmmaker Nikolai Schirmer discovers that his reclusive childhood friend is embarking on a ski tour like nothing done before, and doesn't plan on telling anyone, he sets out to film it. Vegard Rye is training to climb and ski 27 mountains in Northern Norway in one go – the equivalent of running four marathons while climbing Mount Everest from sea level three times. To accomplish this inhuman feat, Vegard isolates himself from friends and family, lives in caves, and dedicates his entire existence to self-improvement.
SKI plays two nights only, March 18-19.
