One of our favorite nights of the year is coming up when local photographer and zany adventurer Ryan Salm shares his tales and photos from his recent trip to Greece, where he and his friends paddled the length of the Vjosa River, the last wild river in Europe. Starting in the highlands of Greece, they set out on foot to tour the headwaters before embarking on this epic 14-day, approximately 150-mile journey across the Albanian border and onward to the Ionian Sea.
Join Ryan Salm for an evening of otherworldly storytelling about the ups, downs, aches, pains, glory and heartache attached to these wild adventurers in the far off reaches of the world.
