Event Description:
Michelle will assist through hands-on Reiki and the application of scientific knowledge and ancient Vedic philosophy and practices.
In this energy clearing session, you will learn how to connect to your energy, how to identify where it might be stuck, distorted or depleted and how to restore and cultivate energetic balance. You will leave the session feeling more grounded and with a better understanding of the effects of energy on your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
