Event Description:
You are invited to join Tahoe Rising Yoga and Meditation Center in welcoming our special guest, Laughter Yoga teacher, Dova! Visiting from South America, Dova brings her humor and skill to Tahoe to raise our happiness vibe! Class is an hour and a half long, exploring levity and the ability to connect with our most silliest and happiest selves, and to let go of "adulting" for awhile! No experience needed, just a desire to play and meet fellow yogis like yourself!
