You will recline, comfy and relaxed in a candlelit room, while you are treated to a expertly guided immersive Meditation on the fluid, mutable element of WATER. This meditation will melt into a delicious Quartz Crystal Bowl 432hz Sound Bath, Numerous gongs, bells, drums, Tibetan bowls and harmonious instruments including voice will be incorporated to encourage you to release stuck emotional and physical patterns, release traumatic stress and soothe the nervous system.
