6-Week Introduction to Yoga
Have you ever taken a yoga class and felt confused or awkward? Wanted to start a yoga habit, but haven’t yet found the right class or teacher? Been recovering from an injury or just want a healthy & organized intro to Yoga? If so, this course is for you! You will learn the foundations of a healthy & happy yoga practice. We will learn breath practices, yogic philosophy, and alignment of the physical poses. Twice a week, we will move & breathe; once weekly we will meet online for coaching. The result is that you will be able to confidently enter any yoga class and build a healthy home practice.
