Event Description:
Learn to draft, design and sew your very own custom-fit overalls in this four day workshop. You will gain the skills and knowledge to create custom-fit garments for yourself from start to finish without using commercial sewing patterns. Instruction includes pattern-making, tailoring, machine sewing, serging, ruching, button holes, and pockets. Walk away with adorable overalls and tailoring techniques for more clothing projects!
Bring 3 yards of fabric (light to mid weight cotton is best), pre-washed and shrunk - or come the Friday before to look over our selection of fabrics. You will need to pre-wash all fabrics before class.
