Event Description:
Have you tried our $10 Community Yoga? Join us on Tuesdays at the Community Recreation Center. Classes will include sequences exploring awareness of alignment in physical postures and breath focus. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may desire.
