Event Description:
Our Rec Center in Truckee is such an incredible place to enjoy and learn all sorts of recreational activities from swimming, to rock climbing, to team sports like volleyball and soccer! But did you know, we also have a blossoming yoga program that is fun, friendly, safe and approachable? Lauri Glenn, a local for 24 years and yoga practitioner for 23, is our head yoga teacher. Lauri has been working diligently for the last 3 years to get the yoga program up and thriving. It's been quite a journey and alot of hard work, but it's gaining momentum with quite a few regular, enthusiastic students who are enjoying the myriad benefits of yoga not just in class, but their daily lives.
