The Tahoe Symphony Orchestra and Chorus welcomes the season of renewal with a program that blends reverence, brilliance, and warmth. Featuring two choral masterpieces that capture both devotion and joy, we shine a spotlight on the power of the human voice through our esteemed TOCCATA Chorus.
Concert Program:
Mozart’s Solemn Vespers – A brilliant and expressive sacred work, featuring the beloved Laudate Dominum.
Vivaldi’s Gloria – A joyful and energetic choral masterpiece, filled with rich harmonies and uplifting spirit.
Bach’s Ich habe genug (BWV 82, No. 1) – A reflective solo cantata full of depth and emotion
Dvořák’s Serenade for Strings No. 1 – A warm and lyrical piece showcasing the orchestra’s richness.
