A gentle breath journey into calm and release is returning to Kings Beach! We are beyond thrilled to welcome back Shelby and Ryan for another powerful afternoon of Liquid Breathwork, Reiki, and Sound Healing. After such an incredible turnout last month, we couldn't wait to host them again!
If you are looking to soothe your nervous system, release stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, ignite profound clarity and groundedness, or come home to yourself then this space is for you. No prior experience is needed. Just bring an open heart and an intention to rest and restore.
