It's feeling more like spring every day around here, let's celebrate with a tasting full of bubbles and brightness! Meet and taste with Don LaBorde, the founder and winemaker behind Bool Wines. An outdoor enthusiast, Don was looking for a better beverage to enjoy after a trail run, snowboarding, or kayak adventure. Enter the vision for Bool - an assortment of low alcohol, sustainably crafted sparkling wines. Don brings a wealth of knowledge to low intervention winemaking, and a touch of artistry to every bottle. In addition to sharing some of our favorite Bool Winesm Don will introduce you to his Nolia Willamette Pinot Noir.
