Event Description: 

Explore proven techniques in propagating potatoes and onions. Participate in a high-altitude phenology study to help determine successful varietals for the Tahoe Basin. Learn about these veggies we love so much, take home starter plants, and produce your own home-grown delicious eats.  

The high-altitude gardening series takes places on four consecutive Mondays. 

  • 5/1 - Potatoes and Onions
  • 5/8 - Strawberries
  • 5/15 - Asparagus
  • 5/22 - Tomatoes
