Join us for a “How To” demonstration on Vegetable Gardening in the Sierra! This FREE event is being put on by Sierra Valley Farms’ Gary Romano, who will be sharing practical tips for growing healthy, productive veggies at high elevation.
Gardening in the Sierra can be challenging with shorter seasons and cooler temperatures but with the right soil, plant choices and timing, you can enjoy a thriving vegetable garden all summer long. Whether you’re new to the area, struggling with your current garden or simply want to learn more about growing food in mountain conditions – this session is for you. Come take advantage of hands-on guidance and expert advice to help your garden succeed!
