Yoga & Intro to Mountain Biking
Event Description:
Start the day right with a half-hour yoga warm-up, followed by a clear break-down of the fundamentals of mountain biking. Whether you’ve been riding for a few weeks or a few years, there’s always room to improve on the fundamentals. In this clinic, we’ll explore the ranges of motion possible on your bike, use drills to create better spatial awareness, explore bike/body separation, and improve your ability to dynamically maintain balance and stability on your bike. This clinic ends with a guided ride, where you can practice your skills alongside your instructor.
