Event Description:
The Burton Creek Trail Run takes place on a beautiful, fun, and challenging trail system within Burton Creek State Park near Tahoe City, CA. The course features miles of single track through pine forests and high sierra meadows.
Burton Creek drains the runoff from Mt. Watson into Lake Tahoe. Choose between the 6K, 12K, or Half Marathon. The Burton Creek Half Marathon is one of the best Lake Tahoe Half Marathons. Also, bring the kids as we offer age-appropriate distance kids races for those 4 and older.
The race is located at Tahoe XC. Youth: Under 18 by race date - Senior: Over 62 by race date. ID required when checking in for youth/senior reduced price tier. You must register by June 13 to guarantee a participant shirt for this event.
