Event Description:
Start your Wednesday mornings in July and August connecting with nature, community, and yoga on the beach. Meditation + Mindful Movement + Regenerative Philosophy. All levels welcome. Please bring towel, blanket, or yoga mat. After class, optional beach clean up, or jump in the lake! Class starts at 7:30am and runs about one hour. Yoga for ALL. DONATION BASED. Just show up!
