Event Description:
This Workshop will introduce you to the benefits of Pilates and how to use the Reformer. You will be taught beginner exercises and appropriate modifications, while experiencing the flow and enjoyment of a group Pilates class. Led by Lucy Navabpour, a nationally certified Pilates teacher.
