Perfect if your curious about Aerials or visiting Tahoe looking for a creative indoor workout. No commitment-just drop in! Open Aerial Gym is 2pm-3pm, all ages! Some prior aerial silks experience required to attend open gyms. Stay for Aerial Conditioning: Strength + Stretch 4pm-5pm, tailored for all levels & ages looking to expand their flexibility + strengthening routines.
