Pop-Up Fitness Day
Have you always wanted to try Personal Training ,Pilates, Barre or Spin/ TRX, but didn’t want to be the only new person? We are welcoming all non-members to join us. This will be a day of fun, fitness, and trying new things! We can’t wait to meet you!
8am- Mat Pilates Class (all levels welcomed) with Sabrae Garrett 20$-55mins
9am- Spin/TRX with Shana Moore (all levels welcomed) 20$- 60mins
9:15am- Intro to Pilates with Sabrae Garrett. For those who are new or have never done pilates on reformer. 35$ -55 mins
10:15am – Barre with Janelle Steele Hibler (beginner-intermediate level) 20$ –45 mins
10am- HIT (high intensity) strength circuit training for intermediate fitness abilities. With one of our awesome Personal trainers Ryan Delga 30$- 60 mins
