Event Description:
Using color theory and scientific methods, Ellen has a beautiful and unique style. Ellen works in a variety of media and is well known for her one of a kind hand-painted Tahoe silhouettes on wood. She incorporates a clear coat of resin over each original painting for a jewel-like quality. Her pieces feel like you are holding a slice of the Lake. Truly a labor of love, Ellen and her husband Randy (a woodworker) collaborate to create each of these pieces.
