Elemental Immersion Experience
This day long experience will explore the different elements that contribute to our physical and spiritual wellbeing. After a morning of exploring the elements with our guest instructors, guests will dine in Lone Eagle Grille where they will receive a chef inspired meal created with the tenets of this experience in mind.
In the afternoon guests will receive more immersive experiences and finish the day off with a closing ceremony. Guests will have access to Stillwater Spa until 5:00 PM and 1 complimentary day pass will be extended to guest to be used on another day of their choice to continue on their journey to well-being.
The experience will feature two specialists, both very well-known in the wellness industry. Gyongyver Ridenour's passion for wellness and sound healing is why she has succeeded in learning and elevating the sound and vibration experience of others. She is certified by the International Academy of Sound Healing and is joining us to bring her knowledge of wellness to you through sound.
Brooke Haley is a certified RYT-Yoga teacher and Reiki Master who will be conducting the transformative breath work and cold-water immersion therapy. Brooke uses her vast knowledge of the earliest Yoga traditions to create a powerful mind, body, and soul experience. Through her practices in Yoga, Brooke focuses upon empowering individuals towards improved health and well-being.
