Winter Solstice Sound Bath
Join us for a special Winter Solstice Sound Bath led by our Vibrational Sound Therapist, Michaela Meliss Southard. As we welcome the longest night of the year, take this time to slow down, reflect, and renew. Michaela will guide you through a deeply meditative sound experience, using crystal bowls and harmonic instruments to bring soothing vibrations that release tension and bring balance to your energy.
Each session is held indoors for warmth and comfort; please feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, or anything else that helps you relax fully as you settle into this cozy experience.
You may extend your relaxation with a mineral bath soak, available by reservation only and booked separately for an additional fee.
