Sierra State Parks Foundation, Ed Z’Berg Sugar Pine Point State Park

Beautiful Sugar Pine Point State Park lies along the western, quiet shores of Lake Tahoe, about ten miles south of Tahoe City on Highway 89. The Sugar Pine Point area has been a favorite for locals and visitors for over two hundred years. The park offers incredible views, a historic estate, the tallest pine trees in the world, peaceful camping, and cross country skiing experiences.

Sugar Pine Point State Park is the only Sierra State Park that operates programs for visitors in the winter.
