Manzanita Easter Dinner Specials at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe
Event Description:
The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe is pleased to host a luxury dining experience on April 5, 2026, in celebration of Easter. Located mid-mountain at Northstar Resort, the property welcomes guests to enjoy an elevated dinner special at Manzanita restaurant. The experience includes a slow-cooked lamb loin entrée with a pistachio crust, mint-infused Bordeaux sauce, parsnip purée, crispy artichoke, and charred onion. Guests can also complement their meal with a garden muse dessert that includes orange blossom, blood orange, vanilla, almond financier, honey, and lemon.
