Mother's Day Dinner
Everline Resort & Spa is hosting an extravagant Mother’s Day dinner at Six Peaks Grille. The prix fixe menu will begin with a first course choice of a lobster bisque or a little gem salad served with a pistachio green goddess vinaigrette. The entrée selections include the diner’s choice of a Durham Ranch filet mignon and a butter-poached red crab served with grilled broccolini or a wild mushroom gnocchi with a butternut squash puree. The meal concludes with a dessert serving of a house-made chocolate lava cake.
The meal is $75 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended and can be made online here or by calling (530) 581-6621.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a Mother’s Day special at the Spa at Everline. Throughout May, the spa is featuring the Rose Radiance Massage. The luxurious treatment begins with a therapeutic and soothing massage followed by a rose-infused foot scrub. The experience concludes with a glass of sparkling rose that guests can enjoy in the resort’s relaxation areas.
