Let the begging begin! Crosby's back patio area is finally now open for dog's and their people! Look for our directional signage and use the alley access point next to the Christmas Tree Shoppe. Located in the Christmas Tree Village Center in Incline Village.

We've been hard at work to create a clean, safe and healthy casino for you to enjoy! You'll notice increased cleaning, social distancing reminders and hand sanitizer located throughout the casino. The safety of our guests and team members is our priority. Welcome back!

We are very excited for our resort reopening! Thank you to everyone for your patience as we navigate this ever-changing process to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues. Check out our quick update of everything happening on the property. For guests arriving, you should have received a welcome email sharing our additional hygiene and safety measures in addition to this information. As the situation evolves, we will be sure update everyone when changes occur...

• Both the beach and pool will be open with social distancing procedures in place and modified hours. Food and Beverage options will be available for both areas.
• Pier Bar 111 will not be opening at this time due to limited spacing. Guests with a boat or renting a boat, kayak, or standup paddle board with Action Water Sports will be able to order food and beverage on property.
• As of right now, Tahoe Provisions/Tahoe To Go and Lone Eagle Grille will be open for guests on property.
• Beginning Sunday, June 7th for dinner service, Lone Eagle Grille will be available for guests and visitors with limited seating. Reservations are required for non-overnight guests and can be made through opentable.com.
• We are excited to announce Lone Eagle Grille will also be open for breakfast and lunch beginning Monday, June 8th in addition to dinner with limited seating. Reservations are recommended.
• The Hyatt StayFit gym is open and equipment has been rearranged to allow additional spacing between guests.
• Grand Lodge Casino will be open with social distancing measures in place.
• Stillwater Spa and Salon, Camp Hyatt, the children’s arcade, and The Sports Shop will remain closed until further notice.

Crosby's Tavern is now open daily, 9am-8:30pm for dining, bar open until 10pm.

The day has finally arrived! KARMA is reopening today! Come shop our fabulous selection of spring/summer wear. If you'd like to bring in items, we are only taking in by appointment.

Azzara's is now open and COVID-19 compliant for in-house dining. Please call for reservations. We are also offering Carry-out and Delivery.

Crosby's is now open Wednesday - Sunday, 9am - 8pm for dine-in and to-go orders.

COVID-19 Update: Open Thursday - Monday, 5pm - close. Come dine with us in the modified dining room while observing social distancing. We will be following the Washoe County & Nevada guidelines to make your dining experience as safe as possible. Since we will be seating 50% of our dining room we highly recommend making a reservation. We are still offering take-out & curbside.

The TFS Thrift Store is an affordable place to purchase daily living goods and essential items including shoes, clothing, tools, housewares, furniture, and more. Particularly now, with the economic hit many in our community are enduring, the Thrift Store can help ease the burden and allow people to find the items they need without having to go to Reno or Carson.

Under the directive of Governor Sisolak, the TFS Thrift Store will reopen for retail business tomorrow, Saturday May 9th.
The following Retail shopping guidelines will be in place:
No more than 15 people at one time in the store
Curbside pick-up encouraged. Please contact us via Facebook Messenger if you are seeking something in particular
Face coverings must be worn by all staff and customers - no exceptions
Mandatory 6' of social distancing
Every item in the store has been disinfected and/or quarantined
Donations are also being accepted. Donation guidelines:
Donations accepted only Monday and Friday for adequate quarantine and disinfection time
Donations must be clean
2-3 bags maximum per person
The TFS Thrift Store will be closed on Sunday 5/9, for Mothers Day, and will resume business operations on Monday, May 10th but with potentially limited hours.
