Why so early you ask? Well, we NEVER use compound (fake) chocolate. Because of this, the water inside the strawberries reacts with the real chocolate, and the chocolate will start to peel off of the strawberry approximately 24 hours after being dipped! Fun fact: chocolate’s worst enemy = water.

You'll notice on our premium olive oils that we have cards displaying several numbers. Polyphenols indicate antioxidant properties - the higher the number, the greater the benefit. Oleic acid is an Omega-9 fatty acid associated with numerous health benefits. All our EVOOs are taste and lab tested to ensure they meet not only international olive oil standards but an even higher quality rating called "Ultra Premium." No fake or adulterated olive oil here!

This weekend my client's best friend arrived to help him move. He brought his guitar, his beautiful voice, and his love of music. We sang together for little while yesterday and this morning we had coffee to celebrate the changes. I love seeing friendships that have lasted since childhood. Thank you to the wonderful Trevor and Amy Smith who brought the buyer and to the buyer who gave the seller extra time to leave his home of forty years. You are a joy to work with and we are all truly blessed. (Not sure why it only tags Amy, Facebook is not a perfect science.) After some more snow showers on Tuesday, our February snow total is currently sitting at 43", but not for long! We expect more snow showers today, bringing up to an additional 5" by Thursday morning. Snow conditions are better than we've seen just about all season, but we do expect some weather impacts today and some of our upper mountain lifts will begin the day on wind hold.
