Hello! Crosby's will be closed today until this Friday, February 23rd, due to a main water line break. IVGID is making repairs to the line but there is a water testing process that follows over the next several days to insure the water is safe to use / consume. We expect to re-open sometime on Friday morning once these tests have been completed and passed. We will post an update on opening once we have more information.

This weekend my client's best friend arrived to help him move. He brought his guitar, his beautiful voice, and his love of music. We sang together for little while yesterday and this morning we had coffee to celebrate the changes. I love seeing friendships that have lasted since childhood. Thank you to the wonderful Trevor and Amy Smith who brought the buyer and to the buyer who gave the seller extra time to leave his home of forty years. You are a joy to work with and we are all truly blessed. (Not sure why it only tags Amy, Facebook is not a perfect science.)
