When you book a private session we always honor your request whether it be for an active vinyasa asana practice, a focus upon beginner movements, partnered positions or even anatomical alignment. We'll vary the practice to align with the needs of everyone participating. Your friends who are pregnant, injured or need a little more support will feel as though they can access every aspect of the practice and feel included in every moment.

A yoga session is a great way to involve everyone when you're celebrating, reconnecting or just getting away for a moment.

Have you had a chance to ride the newly rebuilt Dianne Feinstein West Shore Tahoe Trail yet? 🚴 If you’ve already been out for a ride, walk, or run on the new section from Sunnyside to Blackwood Creek, we’d love to hear what you think. The fresh pavement is riding smooth, new flashing beacons are making crossings safer and easier, and crews are continuing work to improve this incredible community asset along Lake Tahoe’s West Shore. This year we’re turning our focus to rebuild 1.4 miles of trail between Tahoe City and Sunnyside with safety, accessibility, and long-term durability in mind. Thank you to the North Tahoe Community Alliance TOT-TBID Dollars at Work for project funding support.

Lake Tahoe ospreys are iconic summer raptors, known for diving directly into the water to hunt fish. Seeing them is a great sign as they are vital indicators of the lake's ecological health! Often confused with Bald Eagles, which also live in the basin, ospreys are noticeably smaller, have a white belly and head, and feature a dark brown "bandit mask" stripe through their eyes. You can find them around Emerald Bay State Park, D.L. Bliss State Park, and around the Truckee River.
