?Q1 2024 MARKET UPDATE! ? The North Lake Tahoe and Truckee real estate markets enjoyed a great first quarter with year over year dollar volume up 21%, the number of single-family homes sales was up 28%, and the median home price up 16%. Due to limited inventory, the volume of homes sales remains below the 10-year average, but we are above 2023 volume, and on a more positive trajectory.
