SUP Yoga
Join us for a fun and adventurous exploration of balance on the beautiful waters of Lake Tahoe. SUP Yoga blends gentle movement, mindful breath, and playful challenge — all from the floating surface of a paddle board. We’ll use the water’s natural rhythm to explore strength, stability, and ease in new ways.
We’ll meet at Reagan Beach at 8:00 AM to park, prep boards, and orient to the space. Class will begin on the water from 8:30–10:00 AM.
What to Bring: Sunscreen & water, comfortable, water-friendly clothes, towel or change of clothes (just in case — splashes happen!) Bring your own board or rent one from us.
