Event Description:
Based in the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, the Eagle Wings Dance Pageant Group will be in their beautiful traditional regalia and perform some of their traditional dances. “Dancing in the Steps of our Ancestors” is their motto and they dance to preserve the sacred dances of the Great Basin tribes of the Washoe (the original people of Lake Tahoe), Shoshone, and Pauite. Please join us as our guests for their performance and refreshments. All ages welcome and it's free! Donations accepted for Kings Beach Library.
The Eagle Wings Dance Pageant Group will also be marching in the Kings Beach SnowFest Parade with Friends of the Kings Beach Library.
