Event Description:
Join us for our fourth historical talk series of the summer presented by Adam Michalski from the Nevada State Railway Museum and learn all about the history of trains in Lake Tahoe. Adam will be discussing the origins of the Lake Tahoe Railway and Transportation Company and its impact on the region as well as discussing unique Tahoe train facts, special cars (i.e. the "Rattler") and the famous Glenbrook locomotive which took 34 years to restore.
