Event Description:
This exhibit showcases the representation of the Lake Tahoe landscape through historical maps from the earliest European-American documentation to maps of the mid-20th century. The historical significance of these maps reflect state politics, business and industry, the changing Tahoe culture, and the important transformation of the Lake Tahoe Basin.
