This 8 week course takes courage, discipline and deep surrender. It asks you to dive inward and be willing to look. What is revealed and becomes clear is your soul's purpose. When we are living our life's purpose, there is profound fulfillment. Rooted in meditation, expect movement, writing, sharing, accountability and relaxation. The teachings from Rod Stryker's The Four Desires will be used to guide the group.
