LTCC Coyotes 1st Round Soccer Playoffs

Event Description:
Lake Tahoe Community College's Coyote women's soccer team is playoff-bound! Catch the No. 1 Junior College Div. III women's soccer team in the entire country this Saturday Nov. 23 in first-round playoff action! Join us on LTCC's home turf located next to the Physical Education building at 1:30pm for a Sophomore Player Celebration event, then watch the Coyotes face either West Hills or West Valley in the first round of the playoffs at 2pm!
Entrance is $8 for LTCC students, staff, faculty, and all senior citizens. All others are $12. Proceeds cover referee costs for the game.
And now for some quick facts about this incredible LTCC women's soccer team!:
- They are seeded No. 1 in Northern California for the playoffs (first time in program history!)
- They finished their regular season ranked No. 1 in the country for Junior College Division III according to United Soccer Coaches (first time in program history!)
- They are ranked No. 1 in the state according to the latest California Community College Athletic Association statewide poll (first time in program history!)
- They won the Golden Valley Conference championship for a third year in a row!
- In those three years, they outscored all other conference teams by 216-4 with a 32-0 record!
- Second straight season they’ve gone undefeated in the regular season, and they haven’t lost a regular season game since September 2017!
Lake Tahoe Community College is located at One College Drive off of Al Tahoe Blvd. in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Parking on campus is free and ample - park near the Physical Education building for quick access to LTCC's soccer pitch.
