One of Lake Tahoe’s most prolific author, Todd Borg, will be introducing his 23rd Owen McKenna mystery thriller, Tahoe Speed
In Tahoe Speed, a world -class skier from Tahoe dies on a speed course in France. Detective Owen McKenna”s investigation is unsuccessful until he discovers an unlikely connection to Victor Hugo’s novel, The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.
