Makley joins our discussion of his scholarly book, "Saving Lake Tahoe", which chronicles the ongoing battles amongst scientists, citizens, lawyers, governments, environmentalists, tycoons and entrepreneurs over how best to serve and utilize our greatest resource-- Lake Tahoe.
