South Lake Tahoe LibraryR.U.F.F. (Read Up For Fun)

Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe’s reading program, RUFF (Read Up For Fun) is designed to build self-esteem in young readers. Trained volunteers bring their dogs into the South Lake Tahoe Library where children will read to the dog. The friendly dog provides a comforting audience perfect for allowing children a safe atmosphere to practice their reading skills. Join us on Wednesday afternoons for an opportunity to Read Up For Fun!
