This class combines the mindful practice of forest bathing with sensory exploration. We'll begin with a guided walk, slowing down to connect with the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest. This is not a hike, but an intentional experience designed to awaken your senses and reduce stress. We'll conclude our journey with journaling and reflection.
