Mindful Eating Workshop
A comprehensive look at mindful eating, moving beyond the "what, to focus on the "how" and "why" we eat. We'll begin by addressing the science of nutrition in an accessible way, giving you the knowledge to confidently recognize and reject the cycle of fad diets and restrictive eating.
We will then transition to the practical application of this knowledge, with a focus on simple batch cooking and meal prepping basics that fit the lifestyle of a busy professional. The class will also introduce you to the concept of whole foods and how to prepare delicious and healthy meals using seasonal ingredients.
You'll learn to listen to your body's cues, honor your cravings, and build a positive, lifelong relationship with food.
