Prepare to cheer with Lake Tahoe Yoga. Before the Knight Monsters take the ice on February 18, join a yoga practice in the arena. This all level RajaHatha yoga session will help you to mobilize, breathe and mentally prepare so you can be ready to stand up and cheer for Tahoe's favorite hockey team. Mats are provided. Registration is required. Wear comfortable clothing that stays put when folding forward.
