Express yourself, with respect, to eliminate the energy you are carrying that is not serving you. Converse, convey, connect and learn from others about how feelings, emotions and energy can lift us up or hold us down. Engage in therapeutic techniques that allow the release of negativity, improve self awareness and reduce the power that external forces seem to have upon us.
This experience includes guided therapeutic conversation and restoration. Arrive as you are. Bring anything that will help you to feel comforted. Keep an open mind and remain respectful at all times.
