Join us this evening as Allison Yonto, co-owner/winemaker of Illanta Wines, shares her passion for winemaking, pasta, and ricotta gnocchi. In this class you will learn how to use a pasta roller and cutter to make fresh noodles. And you will also learn how to make ricotta gnocchi which Allison says are “super easy to make and easier to eat”. Between courses you will be tasting several of Illanta Wines offerings. INCLUDES - Hands-on instruction, recipe, ingredients, cooking supplies and apron. Come hungry! Dinner will include pasta, ricotta gnocchi, and a sampling of Illanta Wines. (We encourage you to please bring your own Tupperware.) This dinner is vegetarian, but not gluten or dairy free.
